Stitch -n- Ditch Binding Foot and Zip Bind System DVD and Written Directions <

If you have purchased the Stitch-n-Ditch Binding Foot and Zip Bind System recently, you received a single DVD that contains new videos. These videos are designed to run on your computer DVD.  The DVD also contains directions written in MS Word with hot links that launch the individual videos from your DVD so you don't need to access the internet.

If you are have any problem viewing the videos, try the following:
1. Ensure that your computer has a DVD drive and not just a CD drive. A drive that is CD only will not let you view the files on the DVD.
2.  If the video stops abruptly, look at the play time on the particular video. (Some of the videos seem to end in the middle of a sentence but it is actually the end and you can start the next video.)
3. If the video locks up and won't play, restart your computer and shut any other programs down.  Because the videos are quite large, they need as much computer memory as possible to run.

< New Stitch-n-Ditch Binding Videos on YouTube <

All but one of the Stitch-Ditch Binding Foot & Zip Bind System Videos on the DVD have been posted on the internet.
To view them, here is the link - www.youtube.com/lindavideos.
  • Scroll about 1/2 way down and click on, "See All 15 Videos".
  • The 1st video from the DVD was too large to post on YouTube but all of the other videos have been posted.
  • The videos were designed to go hand in hand with the written directions.  "Part 2: Step by Step" provides directions in the order that you would actually complete the steps and references the video that you'll watch at that time.
  • The Video Chart provides a description of each video and the order that they should be viewed.
  • You'll notice that some of the videos are blurry. Because these video files were large, they had to be posted at a lower resolution.  The videos on the DVD are much clearer.
  • If you have dial-up, most likely you will not be able to view the videos on-line. If you can find a way to download them to a DVD, they can played on a DVD player attached to your TV.

< Attention Bernina Users<

If you're a Bernina owner, in the past you've had to use a low shank adapter purchased from Bernina as well as our #1 adapter to use our Kwik Bind, Curve Master or Stitch in the Ditch Binder Foot.
Now there is a "new & improved" option.  Bernina now offers a Snap On Foot that lets you literally 'snap-on' our feet as well as many other non-Bernina feet.  The foot doesn't actually contain a 'foot' but has a snap on mechanism and is recognizable by it's red button that acts a release button.

If you have a newer, 3 digit machine (ex:180, 440), you'll use Bernina's Shank #125. The Part # that you'll use to order this is 006082.73.00.
If you've got a 4 digit (ex:1530) or an older 3 digit machine (970) you'll use the Shank #1008 Snap On. The Part # that you'll use to order this is 006261.70.00.
The price is typically $20 - $24.

Talk to your Bernina dealer or authorized dealer to purchase.
