 Online Wholesale Setup by Phone in Minutes . . .
 Based on feedback from customers, we have made some changes to our process for online wholesale setup. We will expedite setup with a brief phone call, and that will also give customers an opportunity to ask questions and update shipping and billing information.
Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Central), Monday through Friday, and you can reach us at 850-433-1414.
Review the easy steps below, and give us a call. Setup takes only a few minutes and you can be ready for your first purchase by the end of the call.
Online Setup: Step One
Review our Martelli Online Store--Wholesale Policies. We ask for your agreement with these policies.
Pricing and minimum order requirements have not changed from our traditional wholesale model, but other details (e.g., available payment methods) have changed, so please review the information carefully. You can ask any questions before you call by using our Wholesale Contact Form.
Be ready to provide your company’s shipping and billing information, as well as your state tax ID number. Your setup cannot be completed without the tax ID number, and we require a emailed or faxed copy before filling your first order.
Method of payment is not required for setup, and is not kept in our system. For your security and flexibility, payment method and account information is entered at the time of each transaction.

Online Setup: Step Two
Give us a call at 850-433-1414 during our office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Central), Monday through Friday.
We will take your information and give you a user name and password for the online store. You will receive a confirmation email within just a few minutes of your call, and you will be ready to place your first order by the end of the call.
Online Setup: Step Three
You may place your first order immediately, by signing in to our online store when your setup call is complete. However, we will not fulfill the order until we have received, a copy of the paperwork with your tax ID number which can be sent by email, fax, or electronic file attached to our contact form. This is a record-keeping necessity on our end.
