 What is Redline Direct?
Martelli Redline Direct is a way to offer exclusive online savings for a select audience on our bestsellers. These offers arrive by email, and are limited to a very specific date and time.
Sales events are usually held on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Central Time). However, dates and times may vary to accommodate more customers, with evening and weekend times a possibililty.
Sale merchandise will only be available at the promotional price for a limited time on the sale date. We have been having these sales bi-weekly, but it is possible that may also vary some in the future.
Each sales event will feature a specific product or package of products. Notifications will be sent via email at least twice during the 2-3 days before the sale date, with the details of the specific product on sale and the special pricing.

At the very end of our email promos, there is a "Forward email" link that makes sharing easy. Anyone you forward to will then have a link to subscribe to our promotional emails.

Event Notification
We will notify you of scheduled sales events via ePromo. You will get the details of the offer, a promo code for the sicount, and may proceed with your purchase through our Online Store.
If you haven't already done so, It may help to set up a login and username for our online store before the time of the sale. It is not required for purchase, but it save time on the date of the sale. You can do this, if you have not already, by clicking on the 'Account' tab when you visit our Online Store.
Just A Few More Details . . .
Our Redline Direct sales offers are intended for online retail customers only, and not for online wholesale customers or local on-site retail customers. However, these groups will receive their own offers, so make sure you sign up for our all of our newsletters by completing a Contact Form.
When a promo code is required for these offers, please enter the code exactly as described. The box to enter the promo code is located on the same page, and just below, where you select the shipping and payment methods.
Your discount will not show up until the code is processed. This just means that you won't see the lower prices listed in the store, but they will be reflected on your screen before you submit your purchase.
Phone orders are not accepted for these special offers, and all offers are subject to availability at the time we receive your order; no rainchecks will be given for sold out items, so plan to shop early on the sale date.
All offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Return Policy explained in our online store. Even if you shop regularly in our online store, be sure to review this information periodically.
The expiration date and time stated in our ePromo notices will be strictly observed. However, you can look forward to more great offers via Redline Direct in the coming months.
