We want to better understand you and your needs. You are the focus of our business, and you have a lot of vital information for us. We think the best way to get that information is also the simplest--just ask!
Because we have several types of customers in different settings--Retail, Online Store, Wholesale, Tradeshows, etcetera--we have developed several surveys.
We encourage you to complete all the surveys applicable to you. We've tried to keep these surveys brief and simple in all cases, and we appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts.
However, you may want to note just a couple of things:
You may complete all of the surveys that you think are applicable to you--all of them if you like.
You may complete each survey more than once, because we realize that your needs and ideas will change over time, and we want your comments and updated contact information. However, numerical data (ratings, rankings, and so forth), will only be counted once in each 90 day period.

Everyone who completes one of our surveys will be automatically entered in drawing for a $100 gift certificate for our Online Store.
We understand that it takes some of your valuable time to share your thoughts honestly, and we want to make it worth your while.
