Serendipity

Sometimes, one great product leads to another.

During the development of our CurveMaster, we realized the need for a more precise Pinpoint Tweezer than was then available. So we brought that product to the customers, and the response was incredible.

Ditto for a sturdier, better-protected seam ripper. (Let's face it; we make mistakes!) And the Sew-Kwik was born.

The Kwik-Spin Thread Dispenser

Since its introduction a couple of years ago, our Kwik-Spin Thread Dispenser, available in small and large sizes, has become one of our bestsellers.

The problems we solve are often simple. In this case, it was a matter of coming up with a device that gets the thread off the spool the way same way it went on.

The response to the thread dispenser has been very enthusiastic. The bottom line is that good ideas, which often come from our customers, result in successful products and happy customers.

What's Next?

As we receive customer feedback about our products, we try to sort through all the comments and come up with ways to improve existing products.

Currently our Rotary Cutters are undergoing a re-design to improve performance and durability. We are also in the process of refining our binding systems.

When we make improvements to existing products, we typically offer an "upgrade" for recently purchased products, for a small fee.
